Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all our products out of Hong Kong SAR, China.

Please allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays) for orders to be processed and shipped. Estimated shipping times do not include the time it takes to process your order. We will drop you an email informing you when your package is on its way.

Delivery in Hong Kong

All Hong Kong orders are shipped via SF Express or CourierPost by Hong Kong post. 852 & Beyond is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after the product has been picked up from our offices.

We offer 2-DAY FREE SHIPPING on all orders above 300 HKD in Hong Kong.

If you are in a rush, let us know at info@852andbeyond.com and we will do our best to speed up the delivery at a nominal fee.

International Shipping

We offer the following international shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard Airmail with tracking and/or
  • Express shipping (via courriers like FedEx, UPS...)

Currently we ship to Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Viet Nam, The Philippines, Sri Lanka, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkiye, Israel, USA, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Brazil,France, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Romania, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Egypt, Mauritius, Morocco, South Africa...

Please note: the below transit times are for guidance only, unexpected delays may occur.

Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan: 2-4 days

Rest of the World: Standard 7-14 days

Rest of of the World: Express: 3-6 days

We will email you a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email so you can see the progress of your delivery online.

If we are shipping your order to an international address, please include a valid phone number during checkout. In certain countries, customs will seize packages that do not include this information.

International shipments may be subjected to customs fees which are not covered in our shipping costs. Please note that 852 & Beyond is not responsible for any customs fees.

From 1 July 2021, sales to EU countries may be subjected to VAT (Value-Added Tax). You may be asked to pay VAT upon receiving your item(s). 852 & Beyond won't charge, collect or pay VAT on your behalf.

US Tariffs from 29 August 2025 to 9 November 2025. For any order you place which is to be shipped to the USA, you may expect to PAY DUTIES AND TAXES amounting to 30% of your order, UPON DELIVERY. (We won't collect any tax from you, at time of order). To avoid any surprise, once we receive your order, and before we prepare it, we will confirm the tariff % with the courrier company and communicate the amount to you. We will give you the option to either confirm your order, or cancel it. In case of cancellation, we will immediately refund the full amount of your order. Please note, there might be a discrepency of a few dollars, in case of money fluctuations.
